Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to altpho@christushealth.org—Cancellations must be received by midnight on November 1, 2024 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations received after November 1, 2024 will receive a refund, less 75% sponsorship amount. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Substitutions of equal sponsorship level are welcome and not subject to additional fees, however, if additional equipment such as tables and chairs are required, additional fees will be incurred by exhibitor.
Dress code for the symposium is business casual. Please be advised that the Truman Arnold Center is air conditioned; a sweater or jacket is recommended for your comfort.
